    EXCHANGES FROM OTHER RETAILERS

    We are only able to accept returns or exchanges on items purchased directly through Socklings. Products purchased from other retailers must be returned via that retailer.

    RETURN & REFUND POLICY

    We will gladly refund an unworn pair of Socklings within 30 days of purchase date. If you would like to schedule a return please email hello@socklingssocks.com within 30 days of purchase. Your refund will be issued in the original payment method. We are only able to accept returns or exchanges on items purchased directly through Socklings.

    EXCHANGES

    We will gladly exchange an unworn pair of Socklings in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase date. If you would like to schedule an exchange please email hello@socklingssocks.com with the new style or pattern of your choice.
    Please note that all patterns and styles are limited and may not be available for exchange.

    SHIPPING

    Please make sure that the address within the SHIPPING field during checkout is the accurate address you would like your Socklings to be mailed to. The customer is responsible for ensuring we have the correct address prior to shipping. We always ship to the address supplied at the time of checkout and are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address.

    Please make sure your selection and address are correct before you purchase! Once orders are placed we are unable to change them. Once we receive your order and payment has been processed your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days of placement.

    DAMAGED GOODS

    We will happily replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact hello@socklingssocks.com within 7 days of receiving your package to arrange the shipment of a replacement pair. We reserve the right to deny refunds or exchanges for items that have been worn.
